Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, logging in, downloading the client, or otherwise using Zyra Public (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Zyra Public provides software and related web features for personal use under a valid subscription or activation, subject to these terms. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. The service is provided as-is; availability and compatibility are not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for how you use the software, including compliance with third-party game terms, platform rules, and applicable law. Use of game-modification software may result in account penalties from third parties. We are not responsible for those outcomes.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring accounts is not allowed.
  • Access may require a valid invite key and a completed email verification.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is granted through activation keys or purchases processed via our payment provider. Unless we expressly state otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate permanent ban.

Subscription freezes, key activations, and related limits are controlled by the service configuration and may change.

5. Hardware ID (HWID)

The Windows client binds your account to a hardware identifier derived from your machine. That binding is used to limit unauthorized sharing and abuse.

  • You may use the client only on the hardware currently bound to your account.
  • Changing hardware, reinstalling systems, or spoofing identifiers may lock you out until an HWID reset is performed.
  • HWID resets are discretionary. Repeated or abusive reset requests may be refused and may lead to enforcement under section 7.
  • Attempting to bypass, forge, or defeat HWID checks is a material breach of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Share, resell, or publicly distribute the client, loaders, keys, or account access.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, patch, or tamper with the service except as allowed by mandatory law.
  • Attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service, other users, or our infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content (including profile pictures and forum posts).
  • Impersonate others, evade bans, or create accounts to replace a banned account without permission.
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Bans and enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or ban any account, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe these terms or the security of the service have been violated, or if continued access would harm the service or other users.

  • Bans may be time-limited or permanent.
  • A ban may disable web access, client authentication, subscriptions, or any combination of features.
  • Circumventing a ban (including new accounts, shared access, or HWID spoofing) is grounds for further permanent bans of related accounts and hardware.
  • We are not required to explain internal detection details, and ban decisions are final unless we choose to review them.
  • Fees already paid are not refunded because of a ban resulting from your breach of these terms.

8. Content

If you submit profile pictures or forum content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

9. Intellectual property

The service, client, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under a valid account and subscription, no license is granted. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software or site materials.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, game accounts, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account if available.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be raised through the service channels we provide.
